Insulfix specializes in high-performance insulation products for walls and underfloor. our top-selling products, such as the gold hi-performance wall insulation batts and optimo underfloor insulation batts, offer outstanding thermal performance, maximum energy savings, and easy installation, making them the perfect choice for creating a comfortable and energy-efficient home.

Insulfix has a returns policy that allows customers to return most new, unopened items within two weeks of delivery. please see our refund policy for more details.

When returning items to insulfix, please note the following conditions:

• items must be returned within 14 days of the initial order date.
• non-stocked items are subject to a 15% return fee on the total amount of returned items or $110 - whichever is greater.
• stocked items are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the total amount of returned items.
• items that need to be picked up from site by insulfix/supplier are subject to a 15% return fee on the total amount of returned items and $110 freight charge.
• returned items must be checked at the warehouse to ensure they are in resaleable condition before the refund is processed.
• no returns or refunds are available for custom made items or special orders.

To request a return, please contact us at sales@insulfix.com.au to initiate the return process. if you require items to be picked up by us, a freight cost of $110 will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. alternatively, you can drop the items back to our warehouses for returns processing.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. this time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, process it, and for your bank to process the refund request.

Insulfix offers next business day delivery within the sydney metro area for most orders placed before 12pm monday to friday. we also offer free warehouse pickup from our warehouses in castle hill, unanderra, or beresfield. for regional nsw delivery, there is a flat rate of $110 per order.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. in some circumstances, orders may take longer, but you will be notified of any delay. the delivery time of your order depends on stock availability and the destination of the order.
