• Australia Wide Shipping: We use Australia Post and FedEx/TNT to deliver all products (except Insulation Batts) across Australia. Shipping quote can be calculated at checkout.
• Local Delivery - Greater Sydney: We offer local delivery for all products to anywhere in Greater Sydney for a flat rate of $110.
• Local Delivery - Regional NSW: Delivery to Newcastle, Central Coast, and Illawarra is available for a flat rate of $110, while Shoalhaven deliveries are a flat rate of $176. For local delivery outside these areas, please contact us for a quote.
• Free Warehouse Pickup: Pick up your order for free from any of our three locations: Castle Hill, Unanderra, or Beresfield.
AUSTRALIA WIDE - COURIER DELIVERY
We utilize Australia Post and FedEx/TNT Australia to provide courier services Australia wide for all products, excluding Insulation Batts. Shipping quote can be calculated at checkout.
LOCAL DELIVERY - SYDNEY METRO
We offer next business day delivery within the Sydney Metro area for most orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, subject to stock availability and delivery location. A flat shipping fee of $110 (including GST) applies to each order.
Note: Extra shipping costs may apply for exceptionally bulky items or deliveries to areas with higher-than-normal freight charges.
LOCAL DELIVERY - REGIONAL NSW
For customers outside of Sydney Metro, we offer delivery to Newcastle, Central Coast, and Illawarra at a flat rate of $110. Shoalhaven deliveries incur a flat rate of $176. For local delivery to areas outside of these regions, please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.
FREE WAREHOUSE PICKUP
During the checkout process, you can select the option to pick up your order from our warehouses in Castle Hill, Unanderra, or Beresfield. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via phone or email.
Note: Please be aware that preparation time may vary based on stock availability at your chosen location and preferred pickup date. We will inform you as soon as possible if any delays occur.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATION
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. In some cases, processing may take longer, and you will be notified of any delays.

We stock popular products in our warehouse. Specialty items that require ordering may need an additional 2-3 days for delivery, and we will inform you if this is the case.
